We're Back For Another Year!

We're celebrating another year of sharing our love of board games and growing our cardboard community with the Great Plains Game Festival 2024.

Great Plains Game Fest is a 3-day board gaming event that will take place in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska in 2024! ​​The event is hosted by the Great Plains Gaming Project, a board game-focused nonprofit, and features hundreds of games, events for the whole family, TONS AND TONS of prizes, and game giveaways!

We are thrilled to partner with Mana Games Cafe here in Lincoln as our key sponsor for 2024. Mana Games is a gaming café in the Haymarket's historic Creamery building where you can grab a quick bite and a great cup of coffee while you connect with other gamers. Featuring a full menu, a huge library of board games, RPG manuals, and gaming accessories, as well as unique and local retail items. Mana & the Great Plains Gaming Project work together frequently as likeminded organizations trying to build our community through cardboard.

We're back at the Cornhusker Hotel to host the 2024 game fest! Located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, we're close to many great restaurants and if you're looking to stay close you can book a room right upstairs so you're never far from the fun.

By entering the Great Plains Game Festival event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Great Plains Game Festival and the Great Plains Gaming Project's initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for the use of such record media.

By participating in this event, you understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
